Two people have been arrested in North Charleston after allegedly burglarizing items from a Dorsey Avenue residence and carrying them down the street in a wheelbarrow.

Evelyn F. Harrison, 43, and Trevor J. Johnson, 35, were taken into custody Tuesday after police discovered a wheelbarrow containing a crime victim's television, computer, DVD player, coat and grocery items nearby. A police report said the pair admitted to taking the items and wanted to sell them to buy drugs and alcohol.

The pair drew attention after they reportedly were seen knocking on doors and asking for a ride and money.
