Charleston County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for two men who robbed a Ravenel convenience store early Thursday morning.

A night clerk at the Kangaroo gas station at 6303 Savannah Highway told deputies that he was mopping the floor with his back to the door at about 12:50 a.m. when two men entered the store.

One of the men pointed a gun at the back of the victim’s head and told him, “You know what this is,” according to an incident report.

The suspects grabbed $67 cash and some cigarettes before running out the door toward S.C. Highway 165.

Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate any suspects. Video of the robbery shows one of the suspects wore a dark jacket, pants and a dark ski mask with dark gloves. The other suspect wore a white shirt with a white mask over his face, said Maj. John Clark.

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
