ORANGEBURG — Orangeburg County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a suspect in the shooting death of a man in Vance.
Sheriff’s Maj. Rene Williams says officers were called to a shooting shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday.
Officers found 50-year-old Silas Williams suffering from a gunshot wound to the pelvis.
A warrant charges 31-year-old Demetrice Dwight Perry of Summerville with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
