Notable:Colleton Prep is coming off a big win, topping Holly Hill Academy last week in a rematch of last fall’s SCISA Class A state title. Palmetto Christian comes in undefeated with an offense that is averaging 43.5 points per game. J.T. Waters rushed for 258 yards and five TDs in last week’s win over Hilton Head Prep. He leads the Lowcountry with 675 yards on the ground.
Keep an eye on: Colleton Prep running back Heath Fisk. He scored four touchdowns and a had career-high 223 rushing yards to lead the War Hawks to a 42-21 win over Holly Hill Academy.

Notable:Goose Creek moved up to No. 19 in the latest MaxPreps national poll, and continues to get good play on both sides of the ball. The Gators have allowed only 44 points on defense with only 21 points coming in the first half. Tramel Terry averaged 16 yards every time he touched the ball last week against Fort Dorchester and had a career-high five touchdowns.
Keep an eye on:Dutch Fork junior quarterback Derek Olenchuck. He’s completed 64 of 112 passes for 869 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Did you know:Goose Creek defensive tackle Mike Myers, who has committed to East Carolina, started out as a fullback.

Coaches:Jeff Cruce, Berkeley; Art Craig, Timberland.
Notable: Berkeley desperately needs a victory as the Stags have dropped seven straight games dating back to last fall. They are averaging only 9.0 points on offense. Timberland, the defending Division I-AA state champ, is averaging 36 points a game this season and is the state’s No. 2 Class AA team in the latest poll. Berkeley leads the series 6-2, but the Wolves have won the last two.
Keep an eye on:Timberland wide receiver Austin McKinney. He’s a playmaker who is averaging 19.8 yards per reception.
Did you know:Timberland has six players who have rushed for at least 100 yards this season.
