A driver given a warning for improperly driving around traffic stopped at an interstate exit ramp was found to be wanted in Dorchester County, a Charleston police report said.

An officer near an I-526 exit Thursday, Feb. 2, on Daniel Island saw a car driving on the right shoulder of the ramp and issued warning tickets for improper lane use and improper passing, according to the report.

The driver, Dominic Marlon Bess, 30, of Huger, was found to be the subject of a pending warrant, and was turned over to Dorchester County authorities for the service of the warrant, the report said.
