COLUMBIA -- Hot shooting and aggressive defense led South Carolina at Colonial Life Arena.
The Gamecocks (7-5) forced 22 Blue Hose turnovers en route to their fifth win in the last six outings.
Ieasia Walker led the way with 15 points, while La'Keisha Sutton found her shot with a 6-of-6 night that led to 13 points.
The Gamecocks picked up 11 steals on the night and turned Presbyterian's 22 turnovers into 22 points, including 14 fastbreak points. Defensively, South Carolina limited the Blue Hose (2-8) to 34.8 percent shooting, including 27.3 percent in the second half.
South Carolina closes out its non-conference schedule on Thursday against against South Carolina State.
