The West Ashley Wildcats host unbeaten Fort Dorchester on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. The game was moved up because of heavy rain expected in the Lowcountry on Friday. Alex Holt/Special to The Post and Courier

All high school football games set for Friday night in the Lowcountry have been rescheduled due to heavy rain drenching the area.

Two games played earlier than scheduled as Fort Dorchester defeated at West Ashley, 29-6, and Stratford beat Summerville, 20-6, on Thursday night.

Charleston County schools will play their games on Monday, according to school district athletic director Dave Spurlock.
