The South Carolina Stingrays (32-24-4-3) erased a two-goal deficit to collect a 3-2 victory over the Greenville Road Warriors (32-23-2-4) at the North Charleston Coliseum on Friday night.

The win extended the Stingrays’ home point streak to a season-high 11 games (9-0-2-0).

The Stingrays face the Road Warriors today at 5 p.m., and at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Road Warriors forward Danny Hobbs broke open the scoring Friday with an unassisted goal 9:10 into the first period, slipping a shot under the glove of Stingrays netminder Ryan Zapolski, who had 25 saves on 27 shots.

Defenseman Steven Delisle made it a 2-0 lead at 17:46.

Defenseman Luka Vidmar put the Stingrays on the board with his fifth goal of the season, picking up a loose puck in front of the Road Warriors net and beating goaltender Connor Knapp under the left arm.

Vidmar tied the contest while on a 5-on-3 power play at 10:49 of the third period. With 43 seconds to play, defenseman Scooter Vaughan completed the comeback for the Stingrays, rifling a shot under the blocker of Knapp from between the faceoff circles.
