The Charleston Coastal Anglers’ 32nd annual fishing tournament will be held Saturday with weigh-in from 4-5:30 p.m. at James Island Yacht Club. The 22nd annual Fishing for Miracles King Mackerel Tournament is Aug. 13-15 out of Ripley Light Yacht Club. The entry fee is $300 per boat; $350 per boat after July 31. First place for heaviest fish is $25,000 guaranteed. More than 100 boats participate each year and the event has surpassed $700,000 in donations to its beneficiaries, the MUSC Children’s Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the Coastal Conservation Association of South Carolina.
