COLUMBIA — It will be another noon kickoff at Williams-Brice Stadium when No. 11 Florida visits on Nov. 14.
The game between the Gators and Gamecocks will be televised on either ESPN or ESPN2, the SEC released Monday, with the exact network being determined after this weekend’s games. Florida can clinch the SEC Eastern Division and a berth in the league championship game with a home victory Saturday over Vanderbilt.
The Gators (7-1, 5-1 SEC) defeated Georgia 27-3 this past Saturday in Jacksonville, Fla. South Carolina (3-5, 1-5) must win three of its final four games to earn bowl eligibility and avoid its first losing season since 2003.
The Gamecocks fell at Texas A&M 35-28 last weekend, and play at Tennessee at 4 p.m. Saturday. That game will be broadcast by SEC Network. USC finishes the season with consecutive home games against Florida, The Citadel and Clemson, which have a combined record of 21-3.
With the football game against Florida set for noon, the men’s basketball season opener the same day against Norfolk State will tip at 7 p.m. at Colonial Life Arena, according to USC.
