CLEMSON – The Atlantic Coast Conference will release the 2012 football schedule at 2 p.m. today following delays related to several conference programs struggling to complete their non-conference schedules.

Clemson’s non-conference schedule is already set.

Clemson opens its season versus Auburn on Sept. 1 in the Georgia Dome in Atlanta as part of the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Classic. It is the site of Clemson's forgettable 2008 season-opening loss to Alabama.

Clemson plays its first home game Sept. 8, hosting Ball State from the Mid American Conference.

Clemson hosts Furman on Sept. 15, and South Carolina on Nov. 24.
