Cane Bay running back Keenan Simpson named Lowcountry player of the week

Cane Bay senior running back Keenan Simpson is the Lowcountry high school football player of the week after rushing for a school-record 261 yards on 17 carries and scoring three touchdowns in the Cobras’ 70-34 victory over Berkeley on Friday.

Cane Bay finished with 542 yards rushing in the game to improve its record to 2-2.
