Authorities are working multiple wrecks on the wet roads this morning, most of which have been minor.

Police and EMS are at the scene of a wreck with injuries on U.S. 17A near Interstate 26 westbound in Summerville. The wreck happened about 8:20 a.m. Authorities have also responded to a wreck with injuries at Bacons Bridge Road and Live Oak Drive in Summerville.

Units are responding to a 7:54 a.m. wreck with injuries in front of 1247 College Park Road.

The left lane of Interstate 26 westbound near mile marker 214 was closed for a while after an SUV hit the median about 7:30 a.m.

Also, two vehicles were moved off to the side of the road following a wreck on I-26 eastbound near Eagle Drive.

Eastbound traffic has been relatively wreck-free but traffic has been backed up all the way to the U.S. 78 exit.

Officials also report flooding along the Crosstown in downtown Charleston. Expect delays.

The National Weather Service in Charleston said some of today's storms could bring dangerous winds and heavy rain.

A flood advisory has been issued for low-lying areas, with ponding of roads possible.

Motorists are urged to slow down to prevent hydro-planing.
