A campaign forum for S.C. House District 99 candidates Democrat Cindy Boatwright and Republican Nancy Mace that was cancelled due to the recent inclement weather has been rescheduled for Monday.

The new date and location is Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the Church of the Holy Cross on Daniel Island, 299 Seven Farms Drive, Daniel Island.

The cosponsors are the Daniel Island News and League of Women Voters of the Charleston Area.

The seat was last represented by Republican state Rep. Jim Merrill, who resigned his seat before pleading guilty in the ongoing Statehouse probe.

Their special election is set for Jan. 16.
