Brain Injury Walk

The 10th annual Lowcountry Brain Injury Awareness Walk will be held at 11 a.m. March 24 at Charles Towne Landing. Registration begins at 10 a.m.

Minimum donation of $10 is requested. All walkers will receive a T-shirt.

The Embracing U Breast Cancer Foundation is committed to the emotional support and encouragement of those who are experiencing the effect of breast cancer, either personally or by relationships.

The TOPS Club (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meets 5:30-6:30 p.m. every Tuesday at Fort Johnson Baptist Church.

Members learn about nutrition, portion control, food planning, exercise, motivation and more at weekly meetings. Visitors are welcome. The first meeting is free.
