I am a chauffeur and pick up clients at the airport. Most understand some of the inconveniences due to the construction. But with all the millions of dollars being spent, how come they can only keep one of the three baggage carousels running?

A lot of passengers are becoming frustrated and some angry about the long waits for the bags. Recently, the only working carousel’s delivery belt (the one that brings bags up to the carousel) broke and bags had to be sent up by the elevator.

This is not the “Welcome to Charleston” image we need.
