I am happy and proud to have Ronald Rouse’s Law named for my son. He would be smiling from ear to ear, and I can hear that funny laugh when he was excited about something.

He loved helping others in any way he could, and to have this law could save many more lives. It requires students to be instructed in cardiopulminary resuscitation at least once in grades 9 through 12.

Thanks to everyone who made this possible and for choosing my son’s name over all others who could have been chosen is such an honor.

My heart is filled with joy, I’m overwhelmed with love because of this.
