Police are circulating a photo of a missing East Cooper woman.

Dara Lee Watson, 30, of North Creek Drive in Mount Pleasant, was last reported seen Monday in Boone, N.C., by her mother. Watson left her mother’s residence in a silver 2006 GMC Envoy with S.C. license tag GFW-393, Mount Pleasant police Capt. Stag Gragg said Friday.

He said Watson’s cell phone was last used about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday., and according to cell phone tower information, the call was made in the Venning Road area of Mount Pleasant.

Watson’s boss received a text message on Feb. 8 stating she was fine, but she has not been heard from since, Gragg said.

Watson is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 127 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone who has had any contact with, or seen her or her vehicle, is asked to call Mount Pleasant police 843-884-4176.
