North Charleston Police apprehended one suspect and were searching for another after a Tuesday afternoon stabbing sent a man to a hospital.
Police who responded to 1681 Courtyard Square just before 3 p.m. Tuesday were told that a man had entered the residence and reported he’d been stabbed during an altercation with two men. The injured man, Brandon Mitchell, 27, was taken to Medical University Hospital, police spokesman Spencer Pryor said.
One suspect was located and detained during a search of the area, and officers are still trying to locate the other subject, Pryor said.
He said the victim and suspects all know each other, and the cause of the incident is unknown.
