Americans last year spent $2.11 billion on plant-based “milks,” according to food data firm Mintel. Here’s where their money went:

Almond milk 64 percent market share

Soy milk 13 percent market share

Coconut milk 12 percent market share

Other non-dairy milks (Pecan, quinoa, hazelnut, flax, cashew and rice) 11 percent market share
