A third suspect in a Nov. 10 armed robbery and burglary at a Rutledge Avenue apartment was arrested Tuesday by Charleston police.

James Brown, 17, of Ashley Avenue, is charged with armed robbery, first-degree burglary and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a violent crime.

Police earlier arrested two North Charleston men.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional suspects are being sought, police spokesman Charles Francis said.
