One man was arrested in connection with a Sept. 17 armed robbery at a West Ashley cellphone store, but a second suspect has yet to be identified.

Anthony Rogers Mitchell Jr., 20, of Elroy Road in Ravenel is charged with armed robbery. Mitchell is being held in the Cannon Detention Center on $100,000 bail set Friday by Charleston County Magistrate Linda S. Lombard. Mitchell is accused of being one of two men who robbed the Cellular Spot at 1930A Ashley River Road.

Sheriff's Maj. Jim Brady said Mitchell was arrested Thursday. Investigators are still trying to identify the second suspect.

He was described as a black male, 25-30 years old, about 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a thin build. Anyone with information should call 202-1700 or Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
