2010 'Smile of a Child' art contest

The annual "Smile of a Child" Art Contest judging day will be held at FasTracKids, 4340-B Ladson Road.

The theme is "What makes a child smile."

The art contest is for ages 4-17 with five age groups. First place in each age group will receive a $150 Walmart gift card.

Second through fifth place will receive prize packages from sponsors of Smile of a Child, a nonprofit organization that benefits children with special needs by helping them purchase equipment. Jim Langston is the founder.

Deadline for entries is May 12.

There will be food and drinks along with door prizes, jump castles and games.
