Home School History Day: Bountiful Coast

What: Learn how food has been acquired, prepared, stored and served by the different people who have called the Lowcountry their home. The program will discuss food ways of Native American, African-Americas and early English settlers. Students will examine pictures from the archives of street vendors and the Old Market, as well as handle artifacts from archaeological digs. Call or email to reserve a space.
