February's Heart Health Awareness Month festivities continue this weekend with the second annual Go Red! Heart 5K Run & Walk in Memory of Robin Seay.

The event starts with a registration and packet pick-up party 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina at Patriots Point. For those who want to grab a heart-healthy meal, a dinner featuring a salad bar, grilled chicken with wilted spinach and tomato pomodora, wild mushroom ravioli, bread and a drink will be available for $20.

The 5K starts at 9 a.m. Saturday near the red-roofed, open pavilion near Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. The course is an out-and-back at Patriot's Point. Race day registration is 7-8:15 a.m. Saturday. The fee for the run/walk is $30. Proceeds benefit the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Campaign and the Women's Heart Care Program at the Medical University of South Carolina.
