Robbers left two restaurant employees undressed in a cooler early Sunday while they made their getaway from the Noisy Oyster in North Charleston.

The robbery occurred about 3 a.m. at the restaurant on Rivers Avenue, where the employees closed the business and were confronted at their car by three men who wore dark clothing and covered their faces, said Spencer Pryor, police public information officer. He said the victims were forced to go back inside and told to open the safe.

The robbers made them disrobe and placed them in a cooler, Pryor said. He did not say how much cash was taken.
