Police seek man who exposed himself

Charleston police released surveillance photos Monday of a man suspected of exposing himself to a group of 13-year-old girls at Citadel Mall and a woman in the parking lot.

Three teens said they were in the toy section at Target around 3:40 p.m. April 4, and a man exposed himself.

Three days later, a 29-year-old woman reported that a man of the same description drove up in a silver Mitsubishi and spoke to her as she was leaving the food court, a report says. She looked down and noticed he was exposing himself.

Witnesses described the man as white, in his 20s or 30s, of average build with short, brown hair and a goatee. According to the teens, he was about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown eyes. To help police, call 577-7434 or Crime Stoppers 554-1111.
