The Summerville Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a man suspected of shooting a pizza- delivery driver during an armed robbery on Saturday.
Rashad Tevell Judge, 18, of Summerville, is wanted on charges of assault and battery with intent to kill, armed robbery, kidnapping, grand larceny and multiple weapons violations, police Capt. Jon Rogers said Wednesday.
Pizza-delivery driver Letisha Wilson was shot in the leg during a robbery on Wilson Drive about 11:30 p.m. Saturday. When confronted by an armed robber, she quickly turned over her money and car keys. But when the robber tried to force her into the trunk of her car, she fought him and got away.
The gunman and two accomplices fled from the scene in her car, which was later recovered in a nearby neighborhood. Wilson was treated for her injuries and released.
Anyone with information about Judge's whereabouts is asked to contact Summerville Police at 871-2463 or Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
