A 22-year-old pizza delivery driver reported being robbed at gunpoint of $18 in cash Friday night by two men, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.

About 8:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to Carolina Bay Drive at Marginal Road, where they met a Domino’s Pizza driver who said he was robbed while trying to deliver pizza to an address on Cartwright Drive in the Ponderosa subdivision.

The driver told deputies he knocked on the door and was approached by two men, one of them armed with a handgun, who demanded his money and wallet. The victim told the robbers he didn’t have his wallet, according to an incident report.

The robbers ran away with $18 in cash. They were described as black men, 18 to 22 years old. They were wearing black hoodies and blue jeans and wore black bandannas over their faces.
