The trial of the fake truck testicles has been delayed again.

A jury trial that was scheduled for Wednesday in Bonneau has been postponed, defense attorney Scott Bischoff said. A new date has not been set.

Bonneau Police Chief Franco Fuda wrote Virginia Tice a $445 ticket July 5 after seeing her pickup truck with big red fake testicles hanging from the trailer hitch at a gas station. He said the ornament violated the state's obscenity law.

Fuda requested a jury trial before Tice had a chance to appear in traffic court. The trial originally was set for September.
