North Charleston police were investigating a stabbing Thursday inside a McMillan Avenue convenience store.
About 8 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Quick Mart at 2000 McMillan Ave. for a stabbing, police spokesman Spencer Pryor said.
Police found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds, Pryor said.
The victim was uncooperative with police, but according to witnesses he and another man were arguing inside the store, Pryor said. The victim was taken to Medical University Hospital and the suspect fled the scene, Pryor said.
The incident remains under investigation.
