Charleston police are looking for a man filmed by surveillance cameras in connection with two burglaries in the Bee Street and Lockwood Drive area.

According to police reports, a man broke into a supply closet at the Courtyard by Marriott at 35 Lockwood Drive early Monday and made off with a computer valued at $2,000.

On Tuesday, police responded to a call at the Bee Street Lofts, where they were told that a man had vandalized walls inside the building and had stolen two 42-inch television sets from an office.

Witnesses said the man drove away in a blue or silver Chevrolet pick-up.

The suspect was described as a black male, more than 6-feet tall, with a medium build and wearing shorts and a tank top.

Charleston Police are asking anyone with information about the man to call Crimestoppers at 554-1111.
