An eight-week Winter Baseball Conditioning Program for ages 12 and up will be held 6-7:30 p.m. Nov. 29-Jan. 17 at the Hanahan Recreation Sports Complex, 3000 Railroad Ave., Hanahan.
Bryce Florie will conduct baseball-related conditioning for players for the upcoming season and will concentrate on a throwing program, core training, agility, speed training and overall baseball drills that incorporate conditioning.
Cost for the session is $225. There will be a maximum number of 25 participants and a minimum of 10 for the sessions.

A free Bring a Friend Introductory JumpBunch Class will be offered 9:30-10 a.m. Sept. 30 at the Hanahan Gym off Yeamans Hall Road.
All JumpBunch classes are action-packed and noncompetitive. Each weekly class incorporates a cardiovascular warm-up, stretches and a sport activity, all set to age-appropriate music.
Fee is $35 per month. A $10/child Spirit Fee will be charged at the time of enrollment for new enrollees.

Movies in the Park
The city of Hanahan presents Movies in the Park at 8 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Hanahan Athletic Complex Picnic Shelter.
The movie feature is "Soul Surfer."
Concessions will be provided by the Hanahan Middle School FCA. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy an evening with the family watching an outdoor movie.
