Patrick McMillan, host of the SCETV nature program “Expeditions With Patrick McMillan,” is coming to the Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge.

He will be at the Sewee Visitor and Environmental Education Center at 7 p.m. May 26 to share his experiences and reflections on the continuous changes found in nature, especially those caused by humans. Then he and Coastal Expeditions will take two groups to Bull’s Island on May 27.

Bull’s Island is a 5,000-acre barrier island known as the “crown jewel” of the Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge. Money from the tour will go toward Cape Romain’s management programs.

Tour groups will depart from Garris Landing at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. May 27. A bag lunch and bottled water will be provided. The tours cost $75.
