Core Workout: Designed to strengthen core and improve functional fitness. Not recommended for people with chronic low back pain, carpal tunnel or shoulder injuries. Low Impact Exercise: The Arthritis Foundation’s Exercise Program covers gentle exercises, strengthening, endurance and relaxation techniques. 1-2 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 17-May 17.

Sit & Fit/Enhance Fitness Level I: 11 a.m.-noon Monday-Friday. This seated class includes warm-up, aerobics, cool-down, strength training and flexibility exercises. Free for members and adults age 60+. Donations are appreciated. A $2 fee per class applies for nonmembers under 60. No class April 6.
Enhance Fitness Level II: 2-3 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is a very low-intensity, non-impact class that includes 30 minutes of very basic aerobic movements with balance and coordination movements and 20 minutes of toning exercises using ankle and wrist weights. Classes are free for members and adults age 60+. A $2 fee per class applies for nonmembers under 60 years of age.
