TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE: Group exercise and fitness. 8-9 a.m. Monday-Friday. $7 per class, discounts for several classes.

ZUMBA: 6:45-7:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. $8 per class walk-in. Latin-inspired dancing/fitness.

Morning Yoga: 9:15-10:15 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Strength yoga. $7 per class or $40 a month.

AFTERNOON YOGA: 12:30-2 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. $52 per month/$10 walk-in.

SATURDAY YOGA: 10-11:15 a.m. $26 per month/$10 walk-in.

SENIOR AEROBICS: 3-4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. $30 per month, drop-in $5 per class.

YOGA CAMP: 5-10 years. 9 a.m.-noon Aug. 6-10. Campers will participate in an age-appropriate journey through yoga, followed by related art projects, creative writing and lessons on making healthy nutritious snacks. Bring yoga mat. Instructors Mary Moore and Jennifer Marvel, Yoga Mama Studio. $125 resident/ $130 nonresident.

BOSU TRAINING: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesdays and Fridays or 5:30-6:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays through June. $64 IOP resident/$69 nonresident.

SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING: 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Participants learn goal setting, motivational strategies and skills for a healthier lifestyle. $64 residents/$69 nonresidents per month.

Spike NIGHTS: Children learn the fundamentals of volleyball every Thursday. Sessions are coed. Ages 5-9, 6-7 p.m., ages 10-16, 7-8 p.m.

GIRLS LACROSSE CAMP: 7-18 years. 9 a.m.-noon July 23-27. $140 resident/$145 nonresident.

SUAREZ SOCCER CAMP: 5-13 years. 9 a.m.-3 p.m. July 30-Aug. 3. $180 resident/$185 nonresident. Half-day 9 a.m.-noon $125 resident/$130 nonresident.

GET YOUR SPIKE ON: 10-16 years. 9-11 a.m. Aug. 6-9. $75 resident/$80 nonresident.

ADULT TENNIS: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through July. $100 resident/$105 nonresident per session or $15 per class.
