TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE: Group exercise and fitness. 8-9 a.m. Monday-Friday. $7 per class, discounts when buying several classes. Cardio and strength training in a group setting. Different workout daily.
ZUMBA: 6:45-7:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. $8 per class walk-in. Latin-inspired dancing/fitness.
Morning Yoga: 9:15-10:15 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Strength yoga. $7 per class or $40 a month.
AFTERNOON YOGA: 12:30-2 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. $52 per month/$10 walk-in. Focus on using core muscles.
SATURDAY YOGA: 10-11:15 a.m. $26 per month/$10 walk-in.
SENIOR AEROBICS: 3-4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Strengthen muscles, tighten core, work on balance and flexibility. $30 per month, drop-in $5 per class.
MAH-JONGG: 12-3 p.m. Monday. All levels welcome, beginners encouraged. Free.
PERSONAL TRAINING: One- on-one or small group. $50 an hour IOP resident, $55 nonresi- dent. Goals include helping to create long term and realistic lifestyle changes, making exercise fun and a part of everyday life. 886-8294.
BOSU TRAINING: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesdays and Fridays or 5:30-6:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays May 2-30. BOSU training reshapes the body by improving balance and core stability, enhancing endur- ance and strengthening the body through a variety of movements. $64 IOP resident/ $69 nonresident.
YOGA CAMP: 5-10 years. 9 a.m.-noon Aug. 6-10. Each day campers will participate in an age-appropriate journey through yoga, followed by related art projects, creative writing and lessons on making healthy nutritious snacks, all while having lots of fun. Bring Yoga mat. Instructors Marry Moore and Jennifer Marvel, Yoga Mama Studio. $125 resident/ $130 nonresidents.
MIDDLE SCHOOL DANCE: 7-10 p.m. May 11. 6th-, 7th- and 8th-graders are invited to the IOP Middle School Dance with a DJ and concessions. $5 at door. Supervised by recreation staff.
BABYSITTING COURSE: 11-14 years. 9 a.m.-4 p.m. May 12. American Red Cross class teaches first aid, nutrition and baby care. Bring a pencil, paper, bag lunch and drink. $85 resident/$90 nonresident.
