The Isle of Palms Recreation Department is offering the following activities.

IOP YARD SALE: 8 am.-noon April 21 at the recreation center. 10-by-10-foot spaces are $5 each.

TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE: Group exercise and fitness. 8-9 a.m. Monday-Friday. $7 per class, discounts when buying several classes. Cardio and strength training in a group setting. Different workout daily.

ZUMBA: 6:45-7:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. $8 per class walk-in. Latin-inspired dancing/fitness.

Morning Yoga: 9:15-10:15 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Strength yoga. $7 per class or $40 a month.

AFTERNOON YOGA: 12:30-2 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. $52 per month/$10 walk-in. Focus on using core muscles.

SATURDAY YOGA: 10-11:15 a.m. $26 per month/$10 walk-in.

EVENING YOGA: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesdays. $20 resident/$25 nonresident, walk-in fee $7 per visit.

SENIOR AEROBICS: 3-4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Strengthen muscles, tighten core, work on balance and flexibility. $30 per month, drop-in $5 per class.

MAH-JONGG: 12-3 p.m. Monday. All levels welcome, beginners encouraged. Free.

JUMP START: Preschool to age 4 as of Sept. 1. 9 a.m.-noon Tuesday and Thursday. $75 resident/$80 nonresident per month. Deposit required with registration.

GUITAR LESSONS: Tuesdays through April 24. 8-12 years 4:15-5 p.m. 13 and older 5-5:45 p.m. Students will learn the fundamentals of guitar playing, including notes, chords and melody. Students must provide guitar. $100 resident/$105 nonresident per month.

GYMNASTICS: 3 and older. 3:30-4:15 p.m. Tuesdays through May 15 (no class April 10). $70 resident/$75 nonresident.

BALLET: 2-5 years. Basic techniques and moves. 12:30-1 p.m. Mondays through May 14 (no class April 9). $115 resident/$120 nonresident.

FRIDAY NIGHT HOOPS: Ages 7-12. 6-8 p.m. April 13. Learn proper passing techniques and dribbling skills through various practices and drills. $10/athlete. Instructor Joey Frazier.

FRIDAY NIGHT SPIKES: Learn and improve volleyball fundamentals through drills and games. April 27. 6-7 p.m. for boys and girls ages 5-9, 7-8 p.m. for boys only ages 8-13. $10 per session. Instructor Laura Togami.

Semi-PERSONAL TRAINING: 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through April 26. This educational/fitness class will help with goal setting, motivational strategies and skills for a healthier lifestyle. $64 resident/$69 nonresident per month.

TAE KWON DO TOURNAMENT: 10 am. April 21. Annual event will include eliminations and finals in forms and sparring for all groups along with demonstrations and board breaking, followed by black-belt testing. $45 resident/nonresident.

VOLLEYBALL CLINIC: 9-16 years. 4-5 p.m. April 19. Participate in drills and games that are designed to help improve and develop you as a volleyball player. $10 for each session.
