Saul Alexander Gallery Exhibit: Through May 31. Reynier Llanes was born in Cuba in 1985. His dedication to his craft has helped him master different media such as oils on canvas, watercolors, acrylics and coffee on paper. The universal themes represented in his paintings include family, passion, cultural values and the beauty in our lives.

Author Talk and Book Signing with Jack Shuler: May 17 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Author Jack Shuler will discuss his book, “Blood and Bone: Truth and Reconciliation in a Southern Town,” which explores the shootings known as the Orangeburg Massacre, as well as the community’s ongoing reaction.
