Healthy Living with Diabetes: This six-week workshop is for people with type 2 diabetes. Learn how to live a healthy life with diabetes. Exercise

Gentle Yoga: This class is a restorative relaxing yoga class. Designed for the senior adult who needs to improve flexibility, balance and core strength. Yoga is a good form of exercise to manage the effects of fibromyalgia, stress and Parkinson's. Enhance Fitness Level II: 2-3 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. A very low- intensity, nonimpact class. Thirty minutes of very basic aerobic movements with balance and coordination movements incorporated. 20 minutes of toning exercises using ankle and wrist weights. The class ends with abdominal exercises and stretching. This is the easiest of the Lifetime classes. Classes are free for members and adults age 60+. Donations are appreciated. Fit & Firm/Level III Enhance Fitness: 9-10 a.m. and 3:15-4:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Thirty minutes of high- to moderate-intensity, low-impact aerobics and 20 minutes of toning exercises using ankle and wrist weights. The class ends with abdominal exercises and stretching. This is the most vigorous of the Lifetime classes. Good for participants who are accustomed to exercise. Classes are free for members and adults ages 60+. Donations are appreciated.
