Chorus Concert: The Charleston Men's Chorus will present its annual Memorial Day concert at the Piccolo Spoleto Special Series Events at noon at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 142 Church St. The program will include service anthems, patriotic songs and other inspiring works to honor our fallen heroes. Tickets are $21 for adults and $16 for seniors and students. Tickets are available at the Office of Cultural Affairs at 180 Meeting St. and at the Charleston Visitor Center. Memorial Day Plaque: 3 p.m. Hampton Park, Charleston, in the gazebo at Mary Murray Drive and Cleveland Street. A plaque in honor of the first Memorial Day celebration, which was held in what is now Hampton Park, will be dedicated. The event will feature guest speakers, then the 54th Massachusetts Unit will lead the group to the location near the lagoon for the plaque's unveiling. 724-3746.
