Summerville -- Berkeley County sheriff's deputies are searching for two men who robbed a Chinese restaurant Wednesday night.

About 9:15 p.m., the men walked into the China Chef at 1672 N. Main St., held a gun on a female employee and demanded money, according to an incident report.

The men took the money from the cash register and the woman's black Gucci wallet, which contained her credit cards, Social Security card and her immigration "green card," as well as several hundred dollars, the report states.

They ran out the back door of the business. Deputies used a tracking dog to search for the suspects, but the track ended near the rear of a nearby farm and tractor supply store.

The robbers were described as black men, 20 to 30 years old, with their faces covered, dressed in all black clothing. They may have been driving a silver-colored car, the report states.

Anyone with information about the robbery should call the Sheriff's Office at 719-4465 or Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
