SALES TAX DECISION: 5:15 p.m., 75 Calhoun St. The Charleston County School Board will decide on the length of the proposed sales tax it will ask voters to approve in November. The board already gave the go-ahead to put an eight-year increase on the ballot, but the board might consider scaling their request back to a six-year tax.
