'Real' Mexican cuisine offers diverse 'soul food'

"Americanized" Mexican food doesn't look like this specialty. It's made with chorizo, beef, chicken, Oaxaca cheese, cactus and onion and served in a molcajetes, the Mexican version of the mortar and pestle tool.
