A Charleston man said he was shot in the thigh early Thursday while walking near Hester Park.
The 22-year-old victim told Charleston police he was walking along Hester Street to his grandfather's house about 12:30 a.m. when someone appeared from behind a tree and fired three shots at him, according to an incident report.
