NORTH CHARLESTON — Police arrested a 21-year-old man on an attempted murder charge after he allegedly shot at two other men near the CSL Plasma donation center on Rivers Avenue Saturday evening.

Two women told police that they heard two gunshots and saw Kyron Akeen Hartwell running down the fence line at the business toward McDonald's and then heard two shots. The women both said they saw Hartwell holding a gun with a long barrel in his hand, according to an incident report.

Police listed 30-year-old Leon Bell and 20-year-old Terrence Sumter as the victims in the shooting.
