We like to get a gelato sundae at Beardcat's Sweet Shop on Sullivan's Island (2063 Middle St.),  an over-the-top milkshake made from Cirsea ice cream at Betty's Eatery (915 Houston Northcutt Blvd.), a blueberry ice cream sandwich from Wich Cream ( or sometimes just a simple old scoop of handmade chocolate in a waffle cone from Park Circle Creamery (1044 E. Montague).
