We kicked off the 2019 Columbia Food and Wine Festival at Saluda’s Restaurant on Friday evening, April 26. Attendees enjoyed a five-course dinner prepared by Saluda’s executive chef Josh Rogerson and a team of other local chefs including: Chef Chris Mastasio, Chef Opie Patterson, Chef Jason Bruner, Chef Javier Uriarte and Chef Aleka Selig. Each course was paired with a hand selected wine from Italics Winegrowers.
