Makes 2 (9-inch) deep-dish pies
2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon white vinegar
2 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie shells
Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer, add eggs and beat until blended. Stir in coconut, pecans, raisins and vinegar.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
