Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co., a new facility set up to produce kegs, bottles and cans for wholesale distribution, may have a beer-centric ring to it. But the 20,000-square-foot venue is offering everything from wine-and-paint parties to a kid’s menu.

Sited alongside Workshop at Pacific Box &Crate development, Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. houses a cocktail bar outfitted with 26 taps, a performance space designed to host team trivia and live music, a wood-fired pizza oven and Polish smokehouse. In addition to the grilled cheese and vegetarian nuggets available for children, menu items include pork-and-peanut stew, fried chicken livers, shrimp pizza, soft serve ice cream and five kinds of sandwiches.

The multipurpose space “completes our vision to offer a totally immersive beverage and culinary experience in Charleston,” a press release quotes owner Scott Shor as saying.

Located at 1505 King St., Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. is open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. every day but Tuesday. To learn more, call 843-718-3224 or visit edmundsoast.com/brewing-co.
